On the way back from Nashville, my husband and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Dandridge. We were very pleased with our room. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. But one of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly. When we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile and a warm greeting that they were glad to see us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling in the area. If I find myself making the same trip again, I will definitely stop here to stay the night.
We stopped in again on our way to Virginia because this has become one of our all time favorite hotels -- from the kindness of the staff in checking in, to the wonderful breakfast, to the friendliness of checking out. We have a favorite room and, if available, they don't mind holding it for us -- even if we're getting in at midnight. We feel safe here and it is quiet, especially on the "mountain" side of the hotel. The room was clean and fresh smelling, and the AC kept the room at a constant temperature. The only minor gripe was the quality of the toilet paper. The king size bed was comfortable and, as the pictures show, have plenty of pillows. I especially appreciate the freezer in the refrigerator so I can maintain my gel packs for my insulin. We've stayed at other more expensive chains that have very nice rooms, but for this hotel in particular, this one is just as good, has just as comfortable facilities, and just as good of a breakfast for a lot less money. That's especially important to us.
This Quality Inn was very well kept. Probably one of the cleanest bathrooms that I have seen in a hotel. The tile was immaculate. This hotel has doors that open to the outside, and a nice clean aroma welcomed you when you opened the door. It provided, your basic amenities, like a hair dryer & iron. We were offered soft chocolate chip cookies on arrival 😊. Breakfast was plentiful & taken care of promptly by the attendant. We would stay here again . Only 20 minutes from Sevierville.
Good roadside motel. Staff was very friendly and had cookies at check-in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and met our needs for an overnight stay. The hotel is right off the interstate and I would recommend getting a room facing the parking lot. Overall, a perfect stopping place.
Very friendly staff and there rooms were very very clean!!! Stayed there less than twelve hours. They offer me a discount which was very helpful. Breakfast was okay, but at least they had one, and I was thankful for that.
Stayed one night. Rooms are clean, you can get a good night sleep. There is a safe in the room. Breakfast is good. As in many hotels right now you can make your own waffles. Staff is nice and helpful. There is nice view from from the second floor for the mountains.
My wife and I spent one night here last week on our way to Pigeon Forge to allow for an extra full day in the Smoky Mountains. This is by far the cleanest and most well kept Quality Inn I've ever been to. This hotel is very clean and conveniently located right off I-40. I only wish the pool was open, I was in vacation mode and wanted to jump in! We will definitely stay here again when headed to the Smokies!
I was en route from North Carolina to Kentucky when I stopped to spend the night in this hotel. As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe with the hotel's location, hidden away behind trees on a hillside. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed to get a good night's rest and hit the road the next day to continue my trip home. However, in my rush to leave the next day, I left my computer cord behind. The manager was unable to mail it to me for a couple of days, but ended up mailing it to me at no charge for my inconvenience. Therefore, my overall experience with this hotel was quite positive, and I would stay here again.
The reviews were correct. The lobby and rooms were very clean. The rooms were large and comfortable. I had a problem with my room key. The desk clerk reprogrammed it and offered to walk down to make sure I got in the room even though he was by himself. Breakfast was hot and better than most. Great stay!
I have left 2 reviews for this property before with a time span in between the reviews. What makes this review different? Nothing! Best Quality Inn EVER. Rooms are super clean and they have some of the friendliest staff around. What more could you want? Some hotels have a high turnover but I have been to this place 3 times myself and see some of the same familiar faces in housekeeping and the front desk which says something about how they treat their employees. Don't hesitate to stay here. And don't forget to tip your housekeepers and compliment the desk staff! They deserve it! Thanks for another great stay! We'll be back in May!
