Overall the accommodations were great. Plenty of space, nicely decorated and everything you would need for your stay! Access to the dock and our boat were good, second set of stairs could use some work. The biggest issue we ran into was that the air conditioner was not working when we arrived. It was very hot outside and 78-83 inside the house. We did call the host who could not get a repair man out until almost 3pm the following day. Since the house was just over $700 per nigh(with all of the added expense) this was extremely disappointing and the host never offered a credit of any amount. The first night was miserable at best, hot and humid inside and out.
