This place was a sharp contrast to a Days Inn we stayed in recently- Quality Inn was reasonably priced, very clean and well maintained.

Very clean. It was nice to be able to back right up to the room and unload the car as we had a ton of luggage! It felt like a safe location as well.
I was alarmed to find out that this is a two story motel-style facility with outdoor steps and no elevator. Thankfully my 91 year old mother was able to navigate the steps with assistance from the rest of the family, but it is not conducive to anyone who needs an elevator!
Good place to stay, quiet, and manageable distance from Gatlinburg. Wife and daughter rated the breakfast very highly:)
The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The food was warm and there was a good selection and options. Location was convenient to restaurants for supper/lunch.

The free hot breakfast was not good at all. Gravy that was nothing more than flour and water and eggs that were simply thawed out. The pastries were stale. The location of the hotel was abysmal sitting right above the freeway. All I heard all night was semi after semi flying by and I got no sleep at all.
The price was very reasonable for what you get. It was clean and the breakfast buffet was fine. Everything worked. Shower, plumbing, lights, all fine. Quiet neighbors. An especially good value if you're on a limited budget. Minor complaints: The bed mattress was too soft and sagged to the center. We drowned out the quite loud nearby freeway noise by keeping the air circulator on through the night. Parking was an issue when returning late because we had coincidently scheduled when the hotel had a large number of people staying there for a fishing tournament. The participants filled the majority of the parking stalls with their boats and tow vehicles.
