Adequate facility in a beautiful area. Room was clean. Pathetic breakfast. Good for our purpose - traveling through.
Cheap hotel on the route to Nashville. However, they did not mention them to renovate the facility when we booked this hotel. Quality of the complimentary breakfast was below Days Inn standard as it was without any eggs, meat patties or sausages I remember from previous stays in Days Inn hotels.
Booked the room sight unseen, paid for it, took one look inside and left. The location was as frightening as was the room.
This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. It was supposed to be nonsmoking and absolutely wreaked of smoke. The bathroom was dirty, the carpets were stained, I didn't even want to touch the bed, the door didn't seal all the way around, there were shopping carts in the parking lot, trash all around the building and the service was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We did not even stay the night because we were concerned for the health of our children. They offered to change our room but would not refund our money. We took the loss and left. I could not let me children sleep there.
My stay at the Days Inn was good. The people were very nice and the room was pretty good also. It could use some updating, but was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
Check in was good. The room had terrible pillows, The door to the room has no extra lock it was broken, The TV was ancient and only played a few channels, Free wifi right no wifi connection at all. The bathroom smelled of urine
This place was pretty average on cleanliness and customer service, no bad but nothing to speak of. When I checked rates online, there was a 20% discount for staying two nights, but it didn't show when I went to book it. I called and asked and they said if I didn't come through they would adjust it on their end to credit me the 20% discount. I did the booking with the extra night, and it only took 10% off but when I checked in and inquired about it, they said the discount was already applied. I pointed out that it didn't take 20% off but still nothing was done. The room was pretty clean and very spacious, so we were satisfied with that. On the second day, the room key did not work. They reset it and it still didn't work- the lock was broken. So they immediately moved us to another room and there was no trouble whatsoever. Breakfast was very basic- 2 kinds of sugary cereal, 2 kinds of oatmeal, a couple bread options, and bananas. Nothing remarkable, but the price was good for the room size.
phone did not work. free Wi-Fi did not work. chairs were broken, to use microwave or clock you had to unplug others and plug 9n what you wanted under the table. seemed clean by the staff and were very friendly. do not recommend more than a one night stay.
From reading the reviews it appears there are updated rooms, so it you stay, I would definitely request one. We were clearly in a room still in need of work. Peeling paper, and evidence of water damage in bathroom. Sheets were clean or wouldn't have stayed. Door to adjoining room would not lock. Ok for us, as rest of family was in that room. Would not have been ok if a stranger was staying there. Breakfast was poor. Oatmeal packets. Two cold cereal choices, regular sandwich bread and bulk purchased muffins. Nothing I would consider fresh. Would not stay again.
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever had to stay in. The carpets are so nasty I walked to the bathroom with my sneakers on because the carpets are so nasty. The curtains have stains on them where ever that came from. I literally slept in my sleeping bag scared to get inside the sheets because there was nothing clean about this room. Wall paper is peeling and it's filthy. They say they have renovations done but I really think they need to put this hotel under construction. Everything is old from bedspreads to curtains to shower curtains to carpet just the whole hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and whomever said that it was great and clean told a LIE!
