Wonderful Spring Break

This is a perfect property for a couple wanting peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The apartment was warm and bright, simply furnished with quality items. We really enjoyed the selection of books and a great TV for nights in with a good film. Would have liked a bit more crockery and cutlery so that not always washing up. Such good value for 4 nights would recommend highly.

Lovely weekend away!

We had a lovely, relaxing weekend break in the Cotswolds. The accommodation was excellent, set in a quiet yet easily accessible location. While we initially had an issue with the hot water and heating, it was very quickly resolved. Didn't want to leave!

Well I have to say it stay cotswolds where absolutely great sent all information needed promptly and on the day massaged to say apartment was ready early . The apartment was just as the photos in advert absolutely lovely and the location was lovely

Beautiful stay at Orchard House, very very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Fabulous location. We will return. Great to find a place with no dogs allowed. Already recommended to all my friends.

A wonderful stay in the Cotswolds

Orchard House was a well curated space with everything you need. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location. Broadwell is a stunning village, with a great pub (the Fox Inn). The location provided easy access to the wider Cotswolds area. Many lovely touches and high quality

A sort break

Needing signage to point the property out as it’s hidden behind some bushes, it was dark on our arrival. Spotlessly clean throughout beautiful white bedding and a warm comfortable feel throughout. Had a lovely three day break thank you

Lovely place to stay

My only negative review of this property is that once inside the main gate their are no signs or instructions to find the property it’s self, and trying to find it was very stressful and led me to ring the front door of the Manor House were the lady was very helpful and lead us to the front door of Orchard House. Which was a relief. The property and location were perfect and I’m sure we’ll be back next year.

Cotswolds gem

A beautiful, well maintained, stunningly designed apartment a short drive to the delightful Stow. Thoughtfully equipped and spotless, providing a central touring base for the magnificent Cotswolds. Hidden in the quiet grounds of a Cotswolds gem where birdsong and peace were uninterrupted for our entire stay. Could only have been improved by a fan, a parasol, a more comfortable sofa and permission to occasionally visit the alluring walled kitchen garden or manor grounds. Highly recommended

A pleasant place, very convenient.

A pleasant stay at a property in a very convenient location although a little difficult to find. We found the lounge furniture a little uncomfortable (for ones of a certain age) but the accommodation is furnished to a high standard. Just an observation the excellent property would benefit from some very minor changes. More crockery and cutlery would mean more efficient use of the dishwasher also the property needs external storage for the rubbish and recycling materials.

Wonderfully warm and relaxing accommodation. Clean, spacious in a great location. With lots to do.

The first steps into a holiday home can be tense as you don’t know if it will match the images online. We were so happy that it did. The accommodation was clean and spacious and we felt very relaxed. The surrounding area is stunning and only a few moments from Stow-on-the-Wold, it had private parking next to the property and we had direct connection with local support if we needed anything. It made a great base for us to tour the Cotswolds with easy links to main roads. My only improvements would be could there be a blind or curtain on the one window in the lounge without, as with the sofa in front it felt a little drafty (We visited late October and the weather was wet and windy) and options for recycling, there was only a bin, we managed to take some items to local recycling bins but would have appreciated this at the accommodation. We would love to return as there is so much to do in that area and know we’ll feel happy to stay in such a beautiful place again.

Lovely mini break

A great base for a 4 night stay in the Cotswolds in a beautiful apartment. The grounds of Broadwell Manor are lovely and it was very peaceful (other than the RAF planes over heard - but this was a great sight to see). The sofa isn’t very comfortable but the bed is. Main bathroom needed a good dust. The cot and highchair we requested weren’t in the apartment when we arrived and had to wait a couple of hours for them to be delivered. Overall a great place to stay but more suited to couples without children - our 15 month old wanted to get in all the cupboards (no soft close doors) and pull at the wood in the fireplace.

Beautiful Gem of a find

This is in a beautiful location and very beautifully decorated. Lovely walks . Blissfully quiet and private.lovely area to sit. A real gem of a find. Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. It’s next to a church and whole area is so pretty. The fox was an excellent pub a stroll away , lovely food . Minutes from Stow on the wold by car but also easy to walk there. Lovely shops and eateries. Few little improvements to suggest. A welcome pack after a long journey would be appreciated .We often stay in cotswolds and received local products for a snack on arrival and breakfast items for morning, which is a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. Milk and water was basic and disappointing especially at Easter. It sounds fussy but truly makes you feel the host has thought of little touches to make the stay perfect. 5 pm check in is later than we’ve ever experienced. Better signposting needed as couldn’t find the gate ended up using the main manor driveway the whole stay ( found it on last day ) we used waze and what three words ! Alluded us. Turn right on to road by church it’s literally just past on left not signposted. I would recommend this very modern apartment and beautiful location. We will return it’s a hidden gem. Communication was excellent through Cotswold stay.
