A stable location for pottering around the Cotswolds
We had a great stay in the Old Stables at Broadwell Manor. On-site parking, good facilities inside the Old Stables, well equipped and well heated. We loved it.
It certainly was beautiful. We all had a relaxing time with some nice walks around Broadwell and the local area. The local pub, The Fox Inn were very welcoming with good food.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay. The place was nice and clean. Very nicely renovated and modern furnishings (however would have preferred the bed in the largest bedroom to be bigger which there was plenty of space for). Kitchen and bathroom was nice and functional. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring the Cotswolds.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
(The WiFi could use an update since it was very low signal and very slow.)

Superb location but finer details missed
Located in a great location, feels safe and secure being behind gates but a good distance away from the main residence. Overall a good experience - one very good size double bedroom and the other big enough for a double but not spacious. My main concerns were the lack of a proper stand alone shower (there is only a hand held shower wand in the bath) and the cleanliness. While all the main surfaces were clean, the windows hadn't been cleaned, there were hairs on the towels, cobwebs and noticeable dust on some surfaces and around the bath.
I would recommend this property to others as it was a fair price but there is room for improvement.

Disappointed.
This accommodation wasn't for us and we left after 2 days.
Positives: Excellent WiFi. Beds comfortable. Very quiet.
Negatives: Looked unclean. Kitchen is tiny and the hob didn't work. Bathroom doesn't have any heating. The toilet seat is broken. The shower is difficult to use without getting water on the floor. There aren't any towel rails. The window in the second bedroom very difficult to open.

Cosy retreat
Lovely converted stables. Quiet yet walkable to a really good pub. Comfy beds with quality linens. Stylish living spaces, with nice views towards a grand house. Handy to have washing machine and tumble dryer for a week long stay. We had a bit of an issue with dozy wasps each morning (presume there is a nest within roof space above one of the dormer windows) that needed removing. The property could do with a few more kitchen items eg another sharp knife, and hooks in the bathroom but don’t let these minor things put you off. I would recommend.

Perfect accommodation
This is the second time we have stayed at the stables. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds . The local pub is very friendly and tasty food. We would definitely rebook. There are a few areas that would make the score a 5/5. The toilet seat isn’t secure and makes you jump every time you use the toilet. Limited toilet roll, so advise people to buy/ bring extra. Last time we stayed there was a supply of washing capsules, no provision this time. Perhaps the last people left supplies. The dining table leaf needs attention, we had to use wedges to make the table safe.
These comments are designed to help not criticise as we really love the property and without doubt will rebook

Lovely stay in the Cotswolds
The Old Stables at Broadwell Manor was a great location for us to explore the Cotwolds for 2 weeks. It was 5 minutes from Stow where we found restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment was nice, but we had issues with all the slanted ceilings. I don't even know how many times we hit our heads. The bathtub was a challenge as well because it was short and deep, didn't have a shower head (only a handheld) and was difficult to get in and out of. I was so afraid I was going to injure myself every time I used it. (I have a torn meniscus in my knee) Had I been aware there was no proper shower, I would have chosen a different property.
