GOOD for the price.

This hotel on a major road, sits next door to Ross Events. There are weddings, family gatherings, parties of all kind that go on here. The rooms are small, like European small, and not like Texas large. The bathroom modern, hot water...soap in a dispenser or in a small bar. I am going to ask Hotels.com to put on their amenities, ELEVATORS... the staircase at Ross Hotel is a bit tight, dangerous, a double loop hairpin curve to get down.

Habitación con sábana manchada de fluido no identificado, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, no sería un problema si tuviera ventanas hacia el exterior pero no las tiene. Personal de mala gana nos cambió habitación por sábana manchada, durante la noche puso música en volumen intenso lo que nos obligó a irnos a otro hotel por 2 noches y gastar más con tal de poder descansar para el examen del día siguiente, Justo el motivo por el que viajamos en primer lugar. La ubicación es mala comparada con otros hoteles de precio similar o incluso inferior que ofrecen mas servicios. Cerca hay una distribuidora de pollos así que el olor es terrible. No lo recomiendo para nada, saquenla de hoteles.com y que los sepulte el algoritmo. Extra: Cuando nos resignamos a volver después del examen para hacer valer las demás noches (porque nos dijeron que no se podían reembolsar ni siquiera parcialmente cancelando las noches restantes) no había nadie en recepción y estaba cerrado, llamé al gerente y toque la puerta y nada, tardó 10 minutos en aparecer y esperamos afuera con el olor de pollo y el taxi esperandonos con el taximetro corriendo.

El hotel lo reserve por la alta demanda en otros en Morelia , queda a 20 minutos del centro , es un hotel sencillo , limpio , no creo que sea familiar al 100 % , obtienes lo que pagas , un lugar donde dormir , baño y un poco de tele , no pretenciosos ni divas, está frente al nachas club , solo para que ubiquen
