When we first checked in, the girl at the front guest didn't look you in the eyes and never smiled. She was efficient and explained answers to our questions very well. It's just nicer to have an open and friendly person great you at the front desk after a long day. When we checked out there was an older woman who was very friendly and gracious.

The room and bathroom is spacious and is very clean, i also enjoy the water view especially when I wake up. It's a beautiful atmosphere and i definitely recommend this hotel and as soon as you come in the staff greets you at the front desk and I'm definitely satisfy with my stay and it's worth the money.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It has a good convenient location. But the rooms need attention, the black out curtains are dirty and covered in mildew, the ottoman was very dirty and covered in stains. Just a little more effort and this hotel could achieve a higher rating. The staff are always friendly but I am worried the hotel is not being maintained well and becoming run down.
