The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels which is very important to me! The staff was so courteous and helpful. I loved the view of the Sound from the balcony. I liked getting breakfast delivered to my room, but it was lukewarm at best. All that being said, I loved the experience and will stay again and definitely refer to others.

We stayed in the new wing. Very modern. Two bedrooms which we didn’t need. One had a closet and one had a desk and dresser. Neither had both. Kind of weird. There was a Keurig coffee maker and Starbucks pods. That was nice! The covered balcony was amazing. Comfortable bed.

Great room and view, 10th floor

Our room was spotless, only problem we had was trying to figure out how to use the AC/heater remote. They give you an order to fill out and return to them in the evening for your breakfast and it was delivered to our room right on time! Will stay again if we go that way, highly recommend!!

The motel charged me double parking each day. The lady at checkout was very rude and blamed it on Expedia and she couldn’t change it that I’d have to call Expedia. After speaking to the next person coming in (after I got home) she looked at it and said yes she seen it and that their system had a glitch that sometimes double charges. But she said everyone knows to look for that when billing and obviously the first lady didn’t want to be bothered to fix it for me. But it got fixed and said I should get refunded that money over paid and it actually wasn’t Expedia’s fault as the first woman stated. She was telling me that those company’s charge all kinds of extra charges and that’s why no one should use them. The whole time it was something she coulda fixed for me! It was a pleasant time till she ruined it all at the time of checkout!!!
