Not that great for the price. The pool and water slide was nice though, front desk was ok but didn't ask us if we were Wyndham members which we are.. the filters in the a/c thing had so much dust on them we pulled them out and cleaned them ourselves so we weren't breathing in all the dust and they were filthy. You would think in a pet friendly hotel the cleaning would be done better. Also the smoke detector was hanging out of the roof ...
The hotel was packed when we were there. Other than a lot of excited kids in the pool, the hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful even when I asked them about things outside of their control (like where to order pizza from). I'd stay again any time I am in Moose Jaw.
The Hotel has a great presentation. The rooms, pool and hot tub were very clean. Water slide was an excellent addition for the young and the mature. Everything worked including the ice machine! The only things we could see needing improvement is the omelette and muffins served with the morning brunch. We made our way to breakfast at 7:00 am. The omelette by this time could be used as a frisbee, it had the same texture, no taste and room temperature. The muffins were very very dry as we noticed guests laughing as they scooped the crumbled muffin with a spoon. All in all you would not have gone hungry as there was still plenty of other items to feast upon. Just a couple minor adjustments and this could be considered an absolute perfect breakfast.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had a limited but good spread. Ample parking. Bathroom could use fixing up. Great value for its price. Will come back again.
Average days inn. Hotel was clean but a little dainty. Beds were okay. The ventilation in the bathrooms were horrible. After a shower the room temp increased 5-10 degrees. It's hard to breath in the bathroom while showering. I would recommend if you need a place to crash over night but not for extended stays. For 10 bucks more you'll get more for your money at sleep/comfort inn
We booked this location because it has a pool and water slide. From that perspective, we were happy with our stay.
I thought it was a great hotel for kids and pets , my husband and i enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again
Great suite for great price. Lobby very clean. Room was clean. Internet slow or non-existent. Pull out was terrible! Very minimal items for continental breakfast but still reasonable. Overall very good foe price and will stay again.
All the reviews were true - when the hotel is full, the Wifi is non-existant, which is unacceptable. Breakfast is nothing to shout about. Elevator was very warm and very slow, which was especially frustrating at check-out time. Front desk was lacking staff at check-out time...you would think it should be the opposite. The hotel is also feeling in need of a refresh, especially in the front desk, lobby, and breakfast areas. The double doors are also a pain when travelling with a family and trying to maneuver a luggage cart through there. I definitely take for granted the hotels with sliding doors. I will say the pool area was great - water was warm and everyone had a great time. The room was also clean & comfortable. However, the pros do not outweigh the cons, so next time we stay in Moose Jaw it won't be at the Days Inn.
This hotel is alright, but not quite as nice as some of the other Days Inn's that we have most recently stayed in. On the positive side, the place was clean and the room that we stayed in appeared to have been just recently updated. It was large and quite nice. The pool is on the smaller side, but does have a waterslide that the kids loved and does the job. Breakfast was "ok" but again, slightly smaller than similar motels. There were no waffles or meat selections. The biggest drawback was that the internet was slow and/or often non-existent. Also there appeared to be a lot of pets staying at the facility while we were there, which meant a fair bit of barking... this didn't really bother us too much, but I would not have wanted a room beside some of these ones. Overall though, decent place to stay.
