Small cottage located in the heart of the country on an Equestrian Farm. Horses and farm animals to meet, or walk quietly around the 141 acres of country woods and pastures, or stay in your clean quiet cottage. The cottage has recently been renovated. Hypo allergenic duvet comforters, new mattresses, gas fireplace that warms the whole cottage. Modern meets country cottage. Located close to the town on Montrose with its quaint country stores, chocolate and wine festivals, blueberry festival and huge July 4th Parade. Outdoor table with gas grill available. Sit outside and enjoy the fire pit. Located on an equestrian farm opposite the horse arena. The cottage is located opposite the equestrian barn and horse arena, which has a large parking lot.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.
