Quick holiday weekend

This was our 2nd time renting this property- 1st was a long term winter rental 2 years ago and this was my husband’s birthday/Valentine’s Day/presidents weekend rental. The house is perfect for up to 8. Very warm and comfortable and the communication with the owner is always easy and welcoming. Looking forward to our next winter trip.

Great place for Family Trip

Overall terrific place. Location on the lake is beautiful. House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Spacious living room and kitchen well stocked with gear. The (recently completed) downstairs really added a lot with some more play space and a full second bath, plus an external monitor plus printer setup the ended up being very useful. Setup worked well with our two year old as there was not much breakable stuff to be worried about and the door to the basement stairs could be locked

Such a peaceful place!

My best friend and I stayed here for several days at the end of this summer. The property is breathtaking and communication was a breeze! The house is large and well laid out. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make meals at home. There were multiple boats and fishing rods to use and all kinds of games and seating to enjoy each area. Waking up to the sounds of nature and fog on the lake was exactly what we needed. Perfect spot to unplug! Highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

Peaceful weekend getaway

What a wonderful weekend we had at this beautiful home. The house was nice and clean and had more than enough to make us feel comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, tons of blankets, towels, games and books for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit and dinner on the grill. Our son had plenty to do on the swing set and watching the chipmunks by the little waterfall next to the house. The pond was extremely peaceful even with some rain. Since there was some ice we were unable to use the boats but we hope to be back in the warmer months!! I want this home to remain a secret!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Rebecca! :)

Fall Getaway

Our family wanted to take a little getaway since there was no school due to teacher inservices on 11/8 - 11/10. Perfect time to reunite with other family. It was a perfect lake retreat with boating & fishing on site. The home was beautiful and provided plenty of room for our family of eight. Many amenities provided (linens, towels, kitchen supplies, WiFi, board/card games, NetFli, etc). Instructions and information provided prior to stay and a binder with same and also local interests easily accessible on site. The weather was getting much cooler during our time there so was not able to spend as much time outside as we wanted. We are looking forward to booking again when the weather is warmer in Spring or Summer.

Another wonderful Fall vacation.

This is the second time we stayed at the Legacy Lake House. Everything was as perfect as the first time. The house is clean and filled with all the amenities one needs, property is large and private, and the deck is gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing every day on the boat and I managed to catch a 5lb 13oz bass! On the colder nights, the fireplace was perfect while watching tv and relaxing. We also took advantage of the fire pit all while enjoying the beauty of the lake and the stars. We will definitely be back again. This time we may try the Spring season. Rebecca made sure to communicate all pertinent information and was always a message/phone call away if we had any questions. The Legacy Lake House will not disappoint!

PERFECTION

The moment I saw the pics of Legacy Lake House I thought, "this is where I want to be", and my search for a quiet vacation spot ended. My instincts were spot on. We had an amazing time. Our goal was to leave the world behind and stop adulting for a few days. We aced it! What an amazing place to be! The house was clean and fully stocked with necessities. As a person whe loves to cook, I was actually impressed with the quality of the pans. Silly, I know, sometimes it's the little things. Rebecca is the perfect host. Always there and never there. Quick to respond when needed. The labels, instructions around the house, and the informational binder are helpful as well. THANK YOU

Beautiful house and scenery

Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful even though there are neighbors on the left and right of the house and around the lake it was very quite. We're looking forward to renting the house again in the near future. Rebecca the hoist was very helpful and responsive to any of my question.
