My husband got stuck in the bathroom due to lock malfunction. Staff has to come and break lock to get him out. Hotel is clean and service good.

Good location; decent building. Very poor quality repair work on the ceiling visible in the room.

It's hard to get good service now days but this time thank goodness everything was perfect! The restaurant, the pool, the customer service, and room service. I recommend and will try it again next time I'm around this area.

This hotel has all that is required for a business trip, including a cool lounge. The only thing that is missing is a better gym or one nearby

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel tremendously! Everything was so clean and modern. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Bed was VERY comfortable!!

The place is not that far from the downtown area, and very close to the airport. It is surrounded by nice and convenient stores, and there's a shopping center just across the street. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. Stuff members are friendly, and always willing to help. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montreal; however, make sure you have your own ride because cabs are really expensive.

After flying in from UK, The hotel has a shuttle from the airport but this is not mentioned in the documentation nor is the telephone number given. Another company's shuttle driver contacted the hotel to arrange the pickup. The renovations were a problem. We were awakened by drilling on the balcony above before 8 am.

We often stay at this hotelwhen visiting my sister who lives nearby. We have always found the experience enjoyable.This time the stay was slightly marred by a major renovation going on in the hotel. Nevertheless, we were comfortably accommodated and rewarded for some of the inconvenience with extra Priority points and a free continental breakfast.The major inconvenience was that a handicap room was not available, one elevator of three was out of service,and construction noise began at 7:30 am. The hotel expects everything will be completed by Christmas.

As a business traveller, this place was terrible. The staff were inattentive and slow to deal with problems. This may have been because there were hundreds of kids staying for sporting events, creating havoc with elevators and playing in hallways, which put a lot of demands on the staff. I had to escape to a quiet cafe to get any work done. However, when I was finally moved to a quieter floor, my luggage was misplaced causing me to be late for meetings. Also, the rooms don't have wireless! Not an appropriate hotel for business travellers or anyone wanting to see the city, as it costs more than $60.00 to take a taxi into town, or over an hour by public transportation. I thought being close to the airport was going to be a good decision, but the airport shuttles only run every 45 minutes, which means getting up too early for morning flights and missing any chance for breakfast before heading off. For the price, I would certainly not recommend this hotel.

It was close to the business we needed to do. The beds were very comfortable and once we got a fridge it was better. We would have liked to have a microwave in our room but there was in the lobby for our use. We will use this hotel again we will just request a fridge up front.
