5/5 Excellent

"The staff was extremely helpful. The man working the overnight shift saved us with a medical issue and we are extremely grateful. I believe his name may have been Jose."

4/5 Good

"Everything was adequate, just not spectacular. The staff were efficient and friendly. Everything was clean. The room was a little on the small side. There were a couple of chairs to sit on, but no comfortable seating to lounge on, just the bed. The breakfast was very good, if a little overpriced, but I suspect that's how it is at most Parisian Hotels. We didn't realize until we got there that they didn't offer daily room cleaning, as they are a 'residence.' We were there for 6 days and had our room cleaned once between days 3 and 4."
