Spectacular Lake Home on Locke Lake in Monticello!

The home is very large (3,700 sq ft), modern and has an open concept. It's amazing for up to 14 guests! Enjoy the lake views from every room (except lower level bath room). The lake is 133 acres and 49' deep. The beach is sandy and the lake does not have weeds (just a rocky bottom). Enjoy the dock, 4 person pedal boat, 2 person kayak, 2 stand up paddle boards and lily pad (water mat). It's only a forty five minute commute from the Twin Cities. 6 night minimum JUNE, JULY & AUGUST MAXIMUM 14 GUESTS MAXIMUM 8 CARS on the property at all times (enforced by the property manager, the lake association and local neighbors).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Comfortable lake house

Nice, large house right on the water with lots of views, a big grassy lawn, beach and lake activities. Host was very responsive and provided a new ironing board for us within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. House is close to the interstate, so there is traffic noise. Overall a great place for a large family get together!

Great girls weekend

This was such a perfect property! I came to visit my daughter for the UMAC golf tournament and wanted to stay closer to Becker. This was a great place on a lake. Communication with property manager was great. House was clean and ready early in the day. Beautiful yard, lots of extras! I hope to come back next season.
