Wow, because I'm traveling alone you only gave me one towel? No sample size bottles of shampoo or conditioner? And im next to the elevator on the 1st floor in the noisiest hotel ive ever stayed at. Best Western you've lost my business.

Outside ok rooms need update tub and sink chipped and poorly painted.
The room I had was not acceptable. The air conditioner did not work and there was no iron available in the room. The room was dirty with stains on the furniture and hair left in the bathroom. Overnight staff did nothing to fix the air conditioner or have another room available.
Very clean, nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Just don’t plan on the breakfast. We arrived during the early middle of breakfast to eat and there was nothing. Everyone down there seemed very upset. We chose to eat somewhere else.
This hotel is sandwiched between two unknown name motels. All three motels have cars coming and going at all times of the night. Several meet ups in the parking lot. The whole hallway and building outside of the room smelled like smoke. The front desk was no help and the guy mumbled and was rude.

The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was good. We didn’t use the amenities, no time for that but it has an outdoor pool and a gym. At the hotel next to this one they stole a car. And we later found out that this is not a safe area. So if you stay there, make sure you park where there is video surveillance.
The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. However, other than the clerk, no other staff member wore a mask, although it was mandated based upon the signs throughout the lobby. Very concerning!
The hotel was very clean . However there was a lot of noise every night. Lack of towel service for the room. And the remotes did not work to the television. There was a lot of kids in the hallways making noise all night.
