Monterosso Alto

Beautiful hidden gem in a paradisiac location. It was great to have a place to park our car in Cinque Terre. Staff and management were amazing. Only negative was the mattress quality. It was extremely soft and I woke up with a back ache.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very good, however, this hotel is far from town and beach. They do provide a shuttle to and from town and the beach. Their restaurant is very good. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice Hotel Right Next to Walking Trails

We only stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and warm. They took the time to explain the details about the hotel and the village (Monterosso). They also explained getting around by train or boat to explore the villages. They were very knowledgeable. Should we come back to the region, we will definitely stay here again. Also they have great Julius Meinl coffee for anyone who likes good coffee!! As well, their dog, Elvis, is adorable! Thanks for everything!

lovely hotel up in the hills

Ideal to relax - because it's far away from the tourism hotspots. Good connection with the old town trough the shuttle service. Perfect service, clean rooms, nice food. We highly recommend this place - thanks!

Kjempe komfortabelt rom, men elendig mat!

God seng og kjempefint rom, men maten var helt forferdelig, både frokost og middag. Beliggenheten er også ganskje kjip, selv om det dog går gratis buss ned til sentrum. Kun et sted man bor av praktiske årsaker (for vår del var at vi trengte parkeringsplass), selv om jeg ikke ville bodd der igjen av praktiske årsaker.

Hôtel vieillot situé à 5km de Monterosso al marre donc des plages. l'hotel propose un service de navette gratuite (1/ heure) pour se rendre à la plage. il est situé en bordure de route à l'intersection de 2 routes. hotel ancien. prix trop élevé pour les prestations proposées. salle de bain trés ancienne, douche avec rideaux.... le petit dejeuner est juste correct et se fait dans une grande salle avec les jouets, parc du personnel. nous avons testé les repas de midi (salades) : petite quantité et prix élevé. accés wifi seulement dans les parties communes. la télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

O hotel fica a 10 minutos de carro de monterroso numa estradinha bem sinuosa e apertada para o trânsito de dia e volta. Achar vaga perto da cidade tbm e um problema. O hotel e bem conservado, o grande diferencial e o atendimento dos donos, sempre muito solícitos e simpáticos. Por ser afastado, e bem silencioso e tranquilo, bom para casais.

Shuttle buss prim

Svært bra. Betjening snakket bra engelsk. Frokosten var god. Hotellet lå ikke sentralt. Fire km fra sentrum av Monterosso og midt i et vegkryss. Det gjorde overhodet ikke noe som helst. Hotellet hadde shuttle buss fram og tilbake Monterosso. Den fungerte prima.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, speziell die Hotelbus- Verbindung (gratis) nach Monterosso war sehr praktisch, da dort die Parkmöglichkeiten fehlen. Wir können das Hotel als Standort sehr empfehlen, man kann das Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz lassen.

Große Enttäuschung.

Leider eine sehr große Enttäuschung. Personal hat uns glatt angelogen und das mit einem billigen Rotwein aufs Zimmer versucht wieder gut zu machen. Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig, als wären die Wände aus Papier. Man hört ALLES - inklusive aller Geräusche der Personen, die im Nachbarzimmer auf die Toilette gehen... Dann noch eine unangekündigte Hochzeitsfeier, die angeblich um 20 Uhr vorbei sein sollte und bis 22.30 Uhr ging mit unglaublich lauter Musik, so dass man sich im Zimmer kaum mehr unterhalten konnte und Gegröle bis in die Nacht hinein. Das Hotel hat gewonnen: von Hotelgästen und Hochzeitsgesellschaft abkassiert. Die Hotelgäste hatten das Nachsehen. "Sorry" allleine am nächsten Tag ist keine Entschädigung.
