Are you kidding me??? You know very well that we were NOT ALLOWED to take our vacation due to flight cancellations! I am sure the property is beautiful and we sure wish we could have been there. Are you so clueless that you don’t know we were not allowed or is this just a canned questionnaire?

The property was very clean. Staff was knowledgeable, but I wouldn't described them as overly friendly... We ended up in a two-bedroom room in the back building, but it did not have a sitting area.

This hotel was a great location and that is where the nice things end. This was the smallest room we stayed in, with the smallest bed. They had this huge furniture in the room that you didn't need. The hotel was really out of date, the toilet seat was see through with shells and fake fish in it. Just very tacky. If you wanted breakfast it was super expensive. Beautiful town. If we go back, I will find a new place to stay.

When we arrived they had rented the room we paid for to some one else. So we stayed in a small uncomfortable room the first night befor moving to our romm. Didn’t offer a fee adjustment

The kids loved renting bikes and riding around the whole old city!

The location was the best part of this hotel. Right across the street from the beach. The hotel looked very new and the breakfast area was the nicest of any of the hotels I stayed at in Italy. Our room was clean and decorated much better than most of the rooms we stayed in on our trip but the room was tiny. Some of the rooms in the hotel appeared to have nice views with balconies. Our little room was tucked in back with nothing except the driveway to look out on. The night attendant was very friendly but did not speak much english...but that was ok. The primary daytime attendant was not the friendliest person I have ever met. Got the job done but was certainly not the type to out of his way to help you. The internet acces was the worst I experienced in Italy. The sign in page required re entry of codes each time you signed on and it was not compatible wuth AOL...I was able to access the internet and could use skype but could not acces my email.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, especially [...].First night we were put in a smaller room than promised, but the very apologetic staff made up for this the 2nd night by upgrading us to a lovely front room with a balcony and view of the sea. Nice breakfast and the location is ideal. We were directed to a restaurant that was wonderful and one we never would have known about on our own - and we've been here before!

Great location, fantastic views from roof-top terrace, nice breakfast, helpful staff. Rooms 9, 10, 11 are the rooms to snag, as they have views, upgraded bathroom, and lots of lite. Stay away from room 1, which is the old maid quarters looking out to the driveway and small and dark.

You just can't beat this location - right across from the beach, on the same street as a fabulous restaurant, and across from parking - we saw so many people dragging their suitcases to reach their hotels but ours was so conveniently located. The staff was so helpful and accomodating and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom is small but very new and fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The people at the front desk were very helpful, breakfast is complete and good, rooms clean and confortable, but the best is the location, close to the station and most restaurants.

Dear Jayme thank you for your review. probably according to your opinion, that's an opinion, furniture are huge and useless, the hotel is out of date and it was refurbished march 2018, breakfast has a normal cost but probably next time choose a guest house or an hostel so you save money

Hi thank you for your review. We dind't sell your room to some else we simply upgraded you for the other nights of your stay considering that you booked an economy room not suitable for long stay so don't pretend to be offered a fee adjustment when you had to pay a fee adjustment that we didn't charge you
