Casa Carlicchia With Terrace and Sea view

Casa Carlicchia is located on the third floor of a condo and has a large private rooftop terrace furnished with lounge chairs, and a seating area with panoramic views of the 5 terre coastline. The terrace is accessed via an external staircase. In the apartment there is a large living room with two large glass doors that open onto a balcony with sea veiw that is also accessed from the double room. The dining area is furnished with a large glass table that seats 6 people and has double doors that open onto a second balcony which also has a sea view. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds that cannot be joined to form a double bed and access to a balcony with sea views. The bathroom is dated but functional with a large shower. This  property is a perfect choice for families of 4
The decor is casual but very pleasant with a mix of antique and modern, original art and a Nautical feeling.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for bed linen.

This was a perfectly located apartment with a gorgeous view. I found it as described with an easy check in and good communication from the host. Renters should note it is a three story walk up but is is absolutely worth the view.

It would be hard to find a better location in Monterosso! There are views of the sea and coastline from all the rooms, with several balconies, and a large rooftop terrace reserved for this unit (from which we watched the lunar eclipse!) The living room is spacious and comfortable; the kitchen is small but adequate, and the bathroom quite large. Be aware that the unit is on the fourth floor, with no elevator, but if you inform the host in advance that you need help with bags, he will arrange very good help. The steps are worth the views!

Perfect location!

Darling apartment on the edge of town, but very easy walking distance to everything. View from the apartment and the rooftop was great. Nice to not be in Old Town, but very easy to walk there. Very comfortable place to stay.
