The apartment is located in the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is ideal for short stays with respect for the area and its natural resources.



Check-in: Check-in is strictly from 4:00 pm. Early check-in cannot be requested independently; any availability for early arrival will be assessed and communicated only by the property within 24 hours before arrival. If you do not receive communication, check-in is at 4:00 pm. Arrivals after 9:00 pm are subject to a late check-in surcharge, available for an extra fee. Documented flight or train delays are exceptions. Self check-in is not available.

Sleeping arrangements: 4 guests = 2 double beds ready. 5 guests = the 5th bed is automatically added. If you are 4 but want the single bed, please let me know when you book.



Respect for resources: We care about environmental sustainability. Please avoid wasting water and do not keep the air conditioners at extreme temperatures with windows open. The washing machine is available for normal use during your stay (one wash cycle per day). Thank you for your cooperation and attention to water and energy consumption. We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was very nice, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and markets, 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The host was nice, although communication could have been a little more responsive. Overall, we loved our stay and absolutely loved exploring Cinque Terre!

We had some issues when asking if an additional guest could stay over one night. The host finally calmed down, but was initially very difficult to work with. We were open to getting our additional gues another place to stay, but she seemed to be set on being upset with us for even asking. It was not a warm welcome, although in the end, we found another place for our guest and the host seemed to have a change of attitude. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a very nice location.

We absolutely love this apartment! It was not only very modern and new, it had lots of small sample toiletries we may have forgotten. The outdoor balcony was a 10. We sat out there in the mornings and evenings, had a coffee or a vino and people watched. It was a perfect two night stay in Monterosso and we would definitely come back here again. We wish we would’ve booked longer. Cinque Terre is a beautiful picturesque place to stay. Luisa was very quick to respond and met us at the house with an early check-in. AC worked well when we needed it.FIVE star rating!
