We had problems entering the 17 miles gate. At one time we told the gate guard our address, the guard told us that Luxe Vacations did not put us on the gate list and insisted that we pay the gate entry fees. He further told us to get reimbursement from Luxe Vacation. We have called Luxe Vacation three times and we have send Luxe Vacation a number of emails and requested reimbursement. Luxe Vacation made promise over the phone three times to issue refund via Zelle, but they never did. I would never rent vacation homes managed by this company.
