LAKE GARFIELD WATERFRONT HOME AND BOATHOUSE

Enjoy this very private, super comfortable, 1925 lake cottage, waterfront boathouse and dock for an entire Berkshire Summer Season. There are three bedrooms and an office that may be used for spillover, and also the large screened porch facing the lake. The boathouse has a twin futon bed, and it's the most magical place to wake up. Located on a private road with almost three acres of serenity.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

We enjoyed a family vacation with our little dog at the lake! We chose the area to be close to extended family and found it to be perfect- comfortable house, beautiful clean lake and close to hiking, stores, and other activities.
