Villa Olimpo - Homelike Villas

Waking up in the morning to the birds chirping in the distance is one of the beauties of Villa Olimpo: the park surrounding the villa is adorned with oaks, linden trees, pines and Tuscan plants.
If you love outdoor life, hiking or long walks, Villa Olimpo is perfect for you! There are beautiful trails and views in this part of Tuscany.
A network of trails from 5 to 40 kilometers long surrounds Villa Olimpo, a true paradise for those who want to walk in the midst of nature, while just a 10-minute drive will take you to Montecatini Alto, which is especially quaint due to its walls and the distinctive little square. A 20-minute walk takes you to the Funicular, the historic little train that connects Montecatini Alto to Montecatini Terme with a splendid 7-minute scenic ride, every day from June to October.
A day on vacation is not complete without a nice dip in our pool: brand new, state-of-the-art and completely safe, the pool overlooks the valley and the hillside of Montecatini Alto, is heatable and fully equipped. There is also a spectacular poolside bar.
Villa Olimpo has 6 rooms and 10 bathrooms, and is perfect for 12 people: all rooms have air conditioning and wi-fi access
Inside, it is spread over three floors: the floor of the main entrance (first floor), has a living area comprising a living room, guest bathroom and kitchenette, and a sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a suite of over 50 square meters with an en suite bathroom inside. All the bedrooms on this floor have access to panoramic terraces overlooking the valley and the nearby hill of Montecatini Alto, with the quaint medieval village on the hilltop.
On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom, wardrobe and panoramic window, and a Master bedroom with walk-in closet, very large private bathroom with hot tub and terrace with panoramic view, which connects the bathroom to the bedroom.
On the ground floor, there is a brand-new professional kitchen of over 45 square meters, with professional oven and stove, steel work surfaces for perfect hygiene, professional dishwasher and equipment for cooking classes and other activities in the kitchen. Inside, the kitchen has a guest bathroom and a laundry area. Next to the kitchen are the dining rooms and living room, over 100 square meters of open-plan space with tables, spots with sofas and armchairs. There is also a library with international books and a wine cellar with wines at the perfect temperature.
Outside the living room we find the most fascinating place in the Villa: the veranda with a panoramic view.
Surrounded by a very large glass wall, the 150-square-meter veranda is furnished with tables and chairs for more than 20 people, an area to relax with sofas and armchairs, and our beautiful lemon trees. The view of the valley and Montecatini Alto is breathtaking. In the evening, the bright lights from the pool make the veranda even more spectacular. It has heating and fans for ventilation.

Staff: € 40 per maid
The pool is not guaranteed to be open during the months of October to May.
