Nice and reasonably priced hotel in a central location with helpful Staff.
We we had a problem the first night as the AC and rig we're not working and this resulted in a sleepness night due to the outside noise from a carnival, as the windows had to be left open to cool the room. They upgraded our room that next day. They had a delicious breakfast though it was served late 730 to 1030 for touring the surrounding. We loved the area and the hotel, as it had old time charm and elegance.
The hotel was clean and deserves a 4 star rating. We had a nice size corner room with 2 large windows. The bathroom was also bigger than normal verses other hotels we've visited in Italy. The location was a 1 minute walk to the main city center. The receptionist (Catia) was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, spas and other local activities.
