The house with its large private pool (5 x 12 meters) is located on a 5-hectare site. Consequently, there is plenty of room for the children to enjoy themselves to their heart's content. Also, it is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac so there is no disruption of traffic.
The house has been totally renovated and decorated in contemporary country style. It has a total living area of 200 sqm. The dining room, kitchen and living room are a nice together, then completely leaving a large open space is created.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. Thus, one can use a dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro-ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer and a coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans. In a separate room also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The dining room, with its large wooden table and 8 chairs, integrates seamlessly with the kitchen which is very easy.
