Welcome to this wonderful carriage house in vibrant Montclair, a quiet and beautiful walkable neighborhood with a well known restaurants center, shopping and food markets within easy walking distance. This is the back house on our property and the owners lives in the front house. Separate entrance with a shared driveway. Guests will have 1 parking spot. Inside, guests will find a cozy open concept loft with a full bed and a pleasant living room featuring a roomy L-shaped couch, TV, fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave and electric stove and mini fridge, and another pull out twin-sized sofa bed downstairs. The bathroom includes a shower, towels, soaps, and a hair dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the home. Prime location, 12 miles from NYC/ Penn Station and 10 min walk to train station on the weekdays and 15 min drive to Bay St station for weekends into the city. 15-20 minute drive to MetLife Stadium (6.9 miles distance) for World Cup.
