The location is great - right on the water. The rooms are very clean and the property looks good. There were a few things that were not working (ceiling fan and some lights), but overall it’s was fine. (I’d have given a 3.5 for maintenance.) If you’re looking for a solid, clean, no-frills place to stay that’s on the water this place is great.
