Tolles Haus

Wir haben zu 6. einen gelungenen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Für uns sehr praktisch war die Ladestation direkt an der Ecke der Straße. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen sehr diskret gepflegt.

Vacances reposantes à San Vivaldo

Maison très agréable et comprenant tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et discrets. La maison se situe dans un petit village calme à peu de distance des lieux intéressants à visiter (Sienne, Pise, Florence, San Gimignano, ...). Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus in der Toskana

Wir haben die Familie zusammen mit Freunden bewohnt (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder 4,2,1). Das Haus war wundervoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt hat. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Garten ist eine Schaukel für die kleinen aufgehängt, Kräuter sind gewachsen, an denen man sich zum Kochen bedienen konnte. Der Pool war natürlich für die Kinder das Highlight. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen!

Seit über 20 Jahren fahren wir grundsätzlich nicht zweimal in das selbe Ferienhaus. Die Ausnahme in diesem Jahrl ist kein Zufall. Bei diesem Haus stimmt alles! Lage, Umgebung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Preis/Leistung, Freundlichkeit der Vermieterfamilie! Wir können nur die Bestnote geben....und kommen bestimmt auch ein drittes Mal.

Komfortables Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund) haben die Osterferien hier verbracht. Der Pool war in Betrieb, so dass wir bei schönem Wetter sogar ins Wasser gehen konnten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alle Belange. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel ausgestattet, das W-LAN gut. Im Ort ist ein kleiner Laden mit Osteria, so dass man morgens Brot holen kann. Für uns der perfekte Ausgangsort, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Perfekter Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Familienurlaub im Herzen der Toskana

Ruhige Unterkunft in den Hügeln der Toskana mit Privatpool, Grill und einem weiten Blick über die Landschaft. Das Haus ist perfekt für kleine und große Familien: Im Garten findet auf mehreren Ebenen jeder seine Ecke und auch der Innenraum ist sehr geräumig. Ganz oben gibt es eine Dachterrasse von der man einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang erleben kann. Ohne Auto geht es nicht, mit Auto erreicht man Siena, Florenz, Pisa, Volterra, Livorno, San Gimignano und das Meer jeweils in etwa 1 Stunde.

Wir hatten spontan das Ferienhaus gebucht und können es nur wärmsten empfehlen. Obwohl wir zwo Stunden zu spät zum Check-In kamen, haben uns die Vermieter sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus besticht mit seiner Sauberkeit und sehr guten Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Sollte dann doch etwas fehlen, kümmern sich die Vermieter umgehend um alle wünsche. Die Kommunikation zu ihnen ist sehr einfach, da sie jeden Abend kurz vorbeischauen um nach den Rechten zu sehen, kleine Gartenarbeiten zu erledigen

Tolle Urlaubswoche

Wir haben uns in der Villetta nel Verde sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, bietet viel Platz, auch der Garten, und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse ist ein Hit, man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Der Pool wird jeden Tag vom Vermieter gereinigt. Man merkt, dass die Familie alles selbst macht, da alles sehr gepflegt ist. Überhaupt sind die Vermieter super nett, sind bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit und dabei ganz unaufdringlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und die Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Villa Verde zeigt sich im Garten von der schönen grünen Seite mit tollem Ausblick ins Tal. Insbesondere die "Bella di notte" hatte es uns angetan. Wir können das sehr gepflegte Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Alles Bestens. Haus sauber. Vermieter schaut jeden Tag nach Pool und Außenanlage ohne die Gaste zu stören. Küche vollständig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Betten bequem (wir haben nur die oben benutzt). Bäder stilmäßig in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. DerBlick von der Dachterrasse ist ein Traum.Ameisen hatten sich die ersten Tage in der Küche getummelt (sind durch die Balkontüre reingekommen). Eine Köderdose hat aber gereicht um diesen Zustand zu beenden. Reisetipps: Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Im Ort Osteria mit perfekt Deutsch sprechender Betreiberin. Ansonsten gibt es in San Vivaldo nichts Erwähnenswertes. Etwa 10 min bis Montaione. Hier gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, eine gute Pizzeria ein paar Bars (Cafe, Dolce, Eis). Viele Touristenmagnete sind in etwa 1 Std erreichbar. In Florenz erfordert die Besichtigung von Domkuppel und Uffizien eine Reservierung (online oder zweiten Besuch einplanen).

Die Unterkunft war schlichtweg...

Die Unterkunft war schlichtweg perfekt. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und dabei völlig unaufdringlich. Reisetipps: Wer in die Toskana fährt und nicht weiß, was er sich dort ansehen sollte, sollte nicht in die Toskana fahren ;–)Wer schwacheNerven hat: Mit dem Auto NICHT nach Florenz fahren. Entweder weit außerhalb parken oder mit dem Zug von Empoli aus. Alle anderen Städte waren bequem und relativ stressfrei (Mai) mit dem Auto anzufahren Der kostenlose Hundestrand BAU BEACH, ca. 2km nördlich von Cicena ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings nicht für Leute, die Wert auf Infrastruktur legen. Hier gibt es nur Meer, relativ groben aber sauberen Sandstrand und Pinien. Einkaufen kann man am schnellsten in Montaione (PAM & Coop) 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Haus entfernt)
