Spacious condo with a view of Lake Tremblant and the Mont-Tremblant ski mountain. Located within walking distance of the Lac Tremblant Beach Club beach and the Mont-Tremblant ski resort and village.
Spacious condo with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room with gas fireplace and large kitchen section with counter. All on the same floor with entrance to the condo at parking level.
Outdoor balcony including table for 4 people.
Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool. For a beach access, you can go to the Beach and Tennis Club that is 5 minutes away (around 20$/person): https://www.tremblant.ca/things-to-do/activities/beach-and-tennis-clubYou can rent a boat on the Lac Tremblant at Centre Pierre Plouffe: https://www.tremblant.ca/things-to-do/activities/centre-nautique-pierre-plouffe

Ce condo n’est pas fait pour deux couples mais plutôt pour une famille. Car la deuxième chambre et 2e salle de bain n’est pas du tout comparable avec la première. La seconde salle de bain manque d’intimité avec la chambre et est très petite.,c’est plutôt une salle d’eau.

Très beau condo. Propre, bien équipé, superbe vue et facile d’accès. Seuls bémols étaient la place stationnement pour un 2e véhicule et il faisait chaud la nuit dans les chambres. Quant au reste, c’était parfait et impeccable!!! Merci !
