I stayed at Hîtel Chñteau Beauvallon and I truly enjoyed my experience. The room ( more like a unit) was incredibly spacious. It was very clean and comfortable, and you immediately feel at ease when you walk in. The hotel is quiet, well maintained, and has a cozy “chalet” atmosphere that fits perfectly with Tremblant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the commun areas were pleasant and inviting. The quality-price ratio is very good, even excellent for type of accommodation in the area. I also want to highlight the service. One staff member in particular, koffi, very friendly and welcoming. His positive attitude and kindness really made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy Mont-Tremblant. I would definitely recommend it. :)

location and shuttle amazing, two bathrooms and heated floors, friendly experienced staff, hot tub was large and hot like it should be. Kitchen pots and pans were poor, dishwasher too small. Since the detergent provided was too much for the size of the dishwasher it overflowed into the room.

Cet hĂŽtel n'a absolument rien d'un 4 Ă©toiles. Les chambres sont sales et ont grandement besoin d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©es. Les murs et les meubles sont abĂźmĂ©s. Les meubles sont recouverts de poussiĂšre. Les tapis sont tachĂ©s. Les salles de bain sont malpropres (serviettes usĂ©es, rideau de douche moisi, plancher sale et drain de douche bouchĂ©). Plusieurs ampoules dĂ©fectueuses. Matelas et duvet recouverts d'un simple drap. Oreillers durs comme du ciment. Il n'avait pas d'Ă©lectricitĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Il devait avoir lampes de poche et couverture dans les chambres (il y avait seulement des glow-sticks dĂ©fectueux). Ascenseur non fonctionnel. On Ă©tait trĂšs déçu car on a choisit cet hĂŽtel pour pouvoir utiliser la cuisine dans la chambre et le spa aprĂšs le ski (spa fermĂ© pour plusieurs jours Ă  cause de la panne). On a donc perdu tout le contenu de notre Ă©picerie et on a du aller manger Ă  l'extĂ©rieur en plus de passer la soirĂ©e dans le noir. Je comprends que ce n'est pas la faute de l'Ă©tablissement mais il aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ© d'obtenir un remboursement (mĂȘme partiel) pour dĂ©dommager. DĂ©pĂŽt de ski non sĂ©curitaire (n'importe qui peut partir avec les skis). Nos skis Ă©taient recouvert d'Ă©claboussures de cire et au moment de les reprendre. Mon conjoint a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement malade et on soupçonne l'eau du robinet (ils coupaient justement l'eau pour maintenance lors de notre dĂ©part). Seul point positif est le service de navette.

the hot tub was hot enough on the second night we stayed, the first night the hot tub wasn't hot enough for the cold temperature. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was not working throughout our entire stay (one of the main reasons we chose this place). Hot water in the shower ran out after 2-3 showers and had to wait another couple of hours until it was hot enough again.
