We had a broken curtain in our room and were assured it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. When we escalated the issue, we were offered a 15% discount for that night.
We’ve been regular guests in the past and always had a great experience, but it seems like things have changed with the current management and operations. Breakfast service has been discontinued, shuttle frequency reduced, and now this curtain issue, all of which have left a disappointing impression.
