Nice hotel at the foot of the Tremblant village. Room was clean, service at check in was good. We were there the first weekend of September, weather was still warm. I was disappointed that the pool was already closed.

We have stayed at Tour des Voyageurs multiple times. The price is reasonable, location is great, amenities are great. It is a very enjoyable area to spend a few days. Nice to walk around the pedestrian village and hit some of the hiking trails. Plenty to do in the vicinity.

The property is located just next to the Village and has beautiful views. The hotel was very clean and the room had all amenities for a family with kids. The downside is the staff and front desk. Checkout took over 25 mins because of reasons that were not explained. The queue just kept getting longer. The staff is not very friendly (maybe because we were not french speaking) and we had to follow up for all requests (whether it was extra towels or coffee pods) Other than that, the property and location are excellent

The location and staff were lovely. However on a beautiful sunny day we were asked to leave the pool for half an hr for the lifeguard to take a break. The hotel was clean and the room was a great size, my only complaint is the very dirty grout in the shower. Other than that it was a nice stay overall.

My stay was very disappointing. When I turned on the fireplace in my room, the smoke/CO alarm went off by itself, which was both disruptive and concerning. On top of that, the hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. Definitely not the relaxing experience I expected.”
