It’s really old and the hallways are dark and smells bad. The room is clean when you arrive but if you stay more than a couple of days you have to clean it yourself.

Stopped here for a night on a slow amble to Montréal from Ottawa and was pleasantly surprised since I had zero expectations. Booked our room the day we before after wondering "What should we do tomorrow?" The property is ideally located at the foot of the shopping and entertainment area at Mount Tremblant. Easy access to everything for summer outdoor enthusiasts.Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. Balcony was a bonus. Only complaint, and it is minor, is after pre-checking in early, we were told we would get a call when our room was ready, likely before the 4 pm stated checkin time. We opted to roam, grab a bite and take the Gondola to the top. No phone call. We arrived back at the property after 5 to a line of 15+ waiting to check in with only one person working the front desk. During my 20-minute wait, my phone rang around 5:30 to let me know my room was ready. The staff was super-friendly despite the long line of watch-glancing impatient guests. Overall a great one-night stay. Enjoyed our time at Mount Tremblant.

It would be nice to have proper follow up in advance when a special request cannot be fulfilled for the guests arrival. I would have bought Champagne myself for my girlfriend's Birthday.

Hubby and I had a midweek getaway for 4 days. Had an amazing time. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. Parked in the underground parking and walked to everything. The free lift to the top of the village was right outside our door. Would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Really good service. I would suggest when it’s check in time at 4 o’clock one person on the desk is not enough. There was a lineup of probably 20 people. Great view from the balconies. I will stay there again. The pool is nice.
