Bottom floor room are awful. Had asked for a higher floor but was not given one. Hot water took forever to come. TV didn’t work correctly. Noise from mini fridge. Had to wait to check in till front desk staff mopped the floor??? But the worst part, Mark working nights at front desk was the rudest. Will never come back.

Lovely reception and excellent staff but the pool and hot tub were shut down and the tub stop didn't work. I understand these things happen, so this review is simply related to the above. Again, staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel specially to get one that had a hot tub. When we got there the hot tub was closed and looked like it had been closed for awhile. We were not advised of this before our arrival.

Front staff were friendly, helpful and fast processing me. Room was clean. The hot tub was drained and I couldnt get into the workout area with my card. And ran out of hot food on Sat 1 hr before it finished.

Most of the staff are very accommodating. Anytime you needed anything they were there. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It was stone cold. I understand the hot tub was not working and much of the pools heat comes from that source. Weird design to begin with, if you ask me.
