Napoleon a hit with us!

Good location - for train to explore coast and visit the town. Hotel has very good lunch options and all reasonably priced. The train has the best views! Only problem air con not working in bedroom.

Nice, modern hotel near Menton’s nicest beach. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. Easy street parking for 15 Euros per week. We’d stay again if we ever go back to Menton.

We had a lovely stay for six nights. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located for the old town and short walk to Menton Garavan station. The beach is just across the road. We had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a family emergency at home but the receptionist and manager were extremely helpful and understanding and we were not charged for the 7th night. We were very grateful for their consideration. We would definitely stay again and can recommend.

A small but comfortable and very well maintained hotel. Rooms are excellent with fridge restocked with soft drinks daily. Pleasant pool area, though a little small. Hotel is a little way from Menton itself and is right next to a busy main road, but once across that you’re on to a boardwalk and there’s a good supermarket just two minutes away.

Hotel is beautiful. Very classy, great art work and extremely clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My only issue is i was over charged for one days breakfast for two of us when we only had breakfast once. Unfortunately, we had a 4.30am check out and our taxi had arrived so i didnt check the invoice thoroughly. I have emailed the hotel to see if i can be reimbursed, i have yet to have a reply.

We have just returned from a girlie weekend away to Menton and I cannot recommend the town or the hotel enough. It's just fabulous. The town is a beautiful mix of old and new, French and Italian. The hotel is clean, modern and spacious and the staff were just fab; nothing was too much trouble. The location is great, just across the road from the beach and promenade and just a few minutes walk from Menton Garavan station which made travelling from Nice airport super simple. We even managed a day in Italy as it is just one stop along the train line. If you're looking for someone along the Cote D'azur to visit, Menton is a must and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hotel Napoleon for your stay. X
