Enjoy a family stay in this comfortable apartment with a superb sea view, located in Menton, a charming town in the south of France.
With its 60 m² of surface area, this apartment is spacious and offers all the comfort necessary for a successful holiday. It is located in the centre of Menton, at the foot of shops, beaches and transport.
It is composed of two rooms: the first overlooks the sea, and the other overlooks the entrance of the accommodation. Both rooms are composed of two single beds. With a sofa bed in the living room, the accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people in total.
You will also find a bathroom with WC + a separate WC, for optimal privacy and comfort for all family members.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right on the beach, views, close to coffee shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to grocery store, 7 min walk to train station. Only downside is the towel situation is limited lol. So we went and just bought extra since we were there for 9 days. But location you can’t beat it.

Amazing Hosts and Beachfront Access, but Best for Short Stays
Our family of four (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child) booked this apartment for 8 nights based on the photos and included parking.Pros: The location was excellent. The beach is right across the street, the area was quiet at night, and there are several great restaurants just downstairs. It is also a beautiful 20-minute walk to the old town & the marina. The air conditioning worked very well, except in one bedroom, which had no cooling & got quite hot. The staff at IDEA Menton, Aymerick and Ninon, were absolutely outstanding. They were warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported. Their level of service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.Cons: Unfortunately, we had to check out two nights early to relocate because the beds were too uncomfortable to sleep in for the full stay. The fold-out couch was the most comfortable option, but there were no linens for it. The parking space was too small for our rental car, so we paid 22 per day for street parking. The patio had clutter in one corner, which took away from the ambiance, but the view was still amazing. The water heater only supported one quick hot shower before running cold, but in the peak of summer, this was fine and somewhat refreshing.This apartment may be a better fit for younger travelers who plan to spend most of their time out enjoying Menton. The location is wonderful and the staff is amazing.
