50 km from Nantes, 75 km from Angers, and 80 km from Rennes, this farmhouse adjoins the owner's house, located in the countryside. A 250 m² enclosed garden features a terrace with a swing set, slide, and sandpit opposite the cottage.
Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, and boiler room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 queen-size bed, 2: 2 twin single beds, 3: 2 twin single beds), shower room, and separate toilet. Additional amenities: internet access, freezer compartment, radio, and baby equipment.
Included: sheets, electricity, and linens.
Not included: oil-fired heating (€15/day), towels, and firewood. A mandatory cleaning fee is required for business customers (€90). Pets: €100 deposit.

Une belle semaine

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le gîte de M. et Mme Chatellier qui nous ont très bien accueillis et qui se sont montrés à l'écoute de nos besoins, tout en restant discrets. Ce gîte est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Ainsi, rien ne manque pour les jeunes enfants : lit bébé, table haute, baignoire d'enfant, jouets d'intérieur et d'extérieur ... Ce gîte est aussi très propre et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions, comme les beaux bouquets de fleurs dans différentes pièces de la maison. Le jardin bien orienté et fermé est idéal pour les familles, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. L'environnement est agréable et reposant. Il est possible de faire de nombreuses balades ou randonnées. Je recommande cette belle région et particulièrement le gîte de M. et Mme Chatellier.
