Great home and close to the national parks - and only a short walk to the cute town. The wine opener was broken and the noise level above us on the first night was a bit frustrating - but that had nothing to do with the home or the owner - just bad luck on our part that we had some noisy people upstairs. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location and easy parking!

Great place, great location

Great place, great location, and great property management company (helped me correct a booking error). Only draw back is noise proofing between floors was a bit lacking (we could somewhat over hear the upstairs family & the kids running around).

Great little Moab condo

This cozy home was just as clean and exactly as shown in photos. Probably even more comfy than expected. Although smaller, had the essentials needed. Hosts very responsive.

Wonderful Spring Break Adventure in Moab

This was a home away from home for our adventure in Moab over Spring Break. It was great to come "home" to comfort after a day of hiking and exploring the area. The location made it easy to walk or drive a short distance. There was plenty of room to spread out, which we would not have enjoyed in a hotel room. Instructions were easy to follow and the property manager was excellent at communication.

It was really nice staying here. We loved using the hot tub and enjoyed the nice outdoor space. Super clean and had all the stuff needed to make breakfast. As mentioned in other reviews you can hear people upstairs. Keep that in mind if bringing babies that are light sleepers. My baby woke up with the thuds from upstairs. Wasn't a deal breaker. Location was super great and close to the stores and restaurants. We did come in off season,March

Phenomenal place short walk to center town

This place exactly how it looks online but even better! It is perfect for up to 6 people. All updated and was spotless. One room has a king bed and the other has queen bunk beds. It is about 4 block walk to central Moab shops and restaurants. The owner is extremely attentive and would definitely go back. It was spotless and such an amazing location. Quiet but close to everything! You will not be disappointed!

Close to Downtown Moab

My daughter and I spent part of our spring break in Moab and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located within a short walk of downtown Moab restaurants and shopping; but far enough off the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. It is easy to find and there is ample parking. Although we did not use it, there was a large gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. The hot tub was a nice treat after spending the day hiking and sight seeing. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay there again!
