Whether you're here to explore the nearby national parks or just relax in town, you'll love the comfort and convenience of this well-equipped 2 bedroom unit.



Inside, each bedroom one you'll find a comfortable king bed and a queen bunk beds in bedroom 2, making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, such as the artwork and area rugs, make this unit feel like a true desert oasis.

We are located two block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.



Other Things to Note:

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

Great home and close to the national parks - and only a short walk to the cute town. The wine opener was broken and the noise level above us on the first night was a bit frustrating - but that had nothing to do with the home or the owner - just bad luck on our part that we had some noisy people upstairs. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location and easy parking!

Wonderful Spring Break Adventure in Moab

This was a home away from home for our adventure in Moab over Spring Break. It was great to come "home" to comfort after a day of hiking and exploring the area. The location made it easy to walk or drive a short distance. There was plenty of room to spread out, which we would not have enjoyed in a hotel room. Instructions were easy to follow and the property manager was excellent at communication.

Phenomenal place short walk to center town

This place exactly how it looks online but even better! It is perfect for up to 6 people. All updated and was spotless. One room has a king bed and the other has queen bunk beds. It is about 4 block walk to central Moab shops and restaurants. The owner is extremely attentive and would definitely go back. It was spotless and such an amazing location. Quiet but close to everything! You will not be disappointed!

Close to Downtown Moab

My daughter and I spent part of our spring break in Moab and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located within a short walk of downtown Moab restaurants and shopping; but far enough off the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. It is easy to find and there is ample parking. Although we did not use it, there was a large gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. The hot tub was a nice treat after spending the day hiking and sight seeing. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay there again!
