A Great Experience!

Real nice unit in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped & comfortable. Just steps from the community pool. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in Moab!

Clean 2 BDRM

We had a very good stay. Following is a mix of comments in no particular order: 1) Absolutely immaculate indoor cleaning job made us feel comfortable about cleanliness the whole stay. 2) We slept in the king bedroom, and although there are blinds, there is no way to block out the light in the early morning. Drapes would help. 3) Back patio: There were so many weeds on the back patio that attracted numerous bugs, so we were unable to sit outside and use the patio.

Great place to stay

This was a great rental for us while we visited Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse! It would have been nice to have a fan in both bedrooms. We don’t like to have the air on so low but like the air circulating. Otherwise- loved it!!

Great Spring Break

Unit was great but poor communication by owner

The unit was nice, clean and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, as it sits south of the city and the views are nice. We didn't use the pool but it close by and parking was ample. The main issue we had was communicating with the property management company. We had a minor billing issue and we couldn't get a hold of anyone as we left voicemails, sent texts to the number that the voicemail message said to reach. We were sent numerous canned emails but if we tried to respond we didn't get any response. We got one text response that was just a new link to update our card, otherwise everything else was autogenerated. Luckily we didn't have any other issues! Hopefully this miscommunication can be addressed for future guests as the property otherwise is a great place to stay in Moab!
