Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience
The Neighborhood:
We are located three block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.
Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

I stayed here for a month in January and enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean. The kitchen cookware, tableware and appliances were fine. The living room was cozy. The bed was nice. The bathroom was in good order. Nothing to complain about really. The grounds seem to be well maintained. Communication with the hosts was good, but I only really had to communicate during check-in and didn't have cause to reach out during my stay.

Great stay
This location was ideal for coming into Moab without having to go through downtown. Walkable to downtown. Very quiet which was great. Mattress was very comfortable. Easy to get in and communication was great.
