really could not be better at our discount price. nice very helpful staff.

Great experience, great breakfast options, staff left us alone for the most part, but the tub didn't fill and the toilet leaked after flushing.

Location is good , 5 mins drive from Arches main gate, but apart from that nothing much to talk about really. Breakfast is average, 1st night they dint had parking space available for me, I had to park in the driveway.

We were given a handicap room which made accommodations very accessible. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. The Hotel offered 24hour coffee and water. Nice after coming in from a hike in the Arches.

The hotel was o.k. It was pretty crowded in Moab the night I stayed. The personnel there were awesome thought. Had trouble getting my car started due to dead battery. They went out of their way to help me get back on the road. Breakfast was good. The room in which to eat was very small though. 3 out of 5 for me.

Room was not clean. Dirt all around the edges of the carpet. Dirty wash clothes left in the room

Staff very friendly! Carpet in room to bath had been torn. Needs to be replaced. Sink back splashes had been replaced but needs sanding and Paint. Talked to staff, contractor had been hired, paid never finished work! Door has been damaged, no security chain. I felt the room was clean but needs work. Overpaid for the condition of room!

First of all the beds are extremely uncomfortable and I found a blood stain on the comforter. The free breakfast apparently blows their fuse box. You may want to fix that. You get what you pay for.

Room was clean, bed was decent, hotel was quiet so I got a good night's sleep. The staff were very nice. This hotel is not fancy at all but acceptable and it was cheap, for Moab.

Room had a horrible stench, beds were hard as rocks, blankets did not keep us warm. Air unit rattled too loud to sleep. Too close to the road and was very loud. Door would not latch without yanking on it. Breakfast? Ugh good try. Yucky. Should have slept in my car for $497.00.

It was the least expensive available in Moab that night but more than what we have paid for similar rooms in much better shape. Staff not helpful in breakfast area. Didn't seem to care about problems in the room

Disappointing. Wish we would have planned ahead and not ended up here

Moab is expensive for the quality of hotel..but this hotel is good for the price in Moab standard.

I didn´t sleep at all, it was very noisy, I listened every single noise from the room next to mine, the room is not 100 clean and the mattress was very hard for my taste. The only great thing was the location it´s so close from the Moab Park.

The Good: the hotel was in a convenient location, the building was attractive, the room was comfortable. The Bad: the staff was in completely over their heads in terms of keeping track of reservations and guests. We checked in ok, and then spent the rest of the stay having the staff tell us that there was no record of our reservation, and that someone with another name (!) was staying in the room that we were in. No receipt when we checked out because there was no record of us being there at all. (And we weren't the only ones going through such ridiculous screwups.)

Over priced...as is most of Moab. Decent location for access to national parks.

Had a nice time. We got there late. It met our needs. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

This is an older motel. There was a stale odor in both our room and the hall. The tiny breakfast room was poorly arranged, jammed with too many tables, making it impossible to get to 1/2 of them. They had limited items available, so we checked out and ate elsewhere.

Indoor hot tub was nice, staff was very friendly, room was okay, breakfast was typical continental, hotel overall was kind of run down but decent

It's close from the Arches National Park, there are a lot of good restaurants too.
