The staff was excellent! Front desk and all. Shout out to the gentleman that was out with the breakfast scene. SO friendly and he had great advise about touring Arches and Canyonlands. We will be back next year!

Amazing hotel and staff!!
This hotel was amazing!! It was super clean, updated, and every staff person was so friendly and helpful!! We booked last minute and could not have been happier with our accommodations. The front desk staff gave us restaurant recommendations and they were spot on, and they lit the outside fire table and heaters for us during the evening hours. The morning kitchen crew was cheerful, helpful, and engaged with all the customers. They provided helpful information for our stay in Moab and also gave us suggestions for our AZ portion of our trip. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel!!

Nice place to stay in Moab
Breakfast was one of the best free breakfast we’ve had at various hotels. The staff went above and beyond for friendliness and service. Hotel is clean and is centrally located in Moab. I particularly appreciated their use of single-use paper products in the high-traffic area and thoughtful about plastic usage. Single-use plastic utensils are still used with the rationale that water need for washing utensils would be a bigger burden in the dessert area. That maybe true and I appreciate the thought of that, but would like to see compostable single-use utensils used in this situation to further reduce the environmental cost of running a hotel.

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights during a visit to Arches NP. It’s conveniently located near the park but on a main road, so we heard a lot of truck noise. The walls were thin and reverberated when our neighbor swung his door against the wall. Breakfast was good and the staff attentive. It was great to utilize the fitness room and laundry room. Overall, a good stay.

Perfect Place in Moab!
We loved this hotel! It was clean, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the rooms were clean. 100% recommend it if you are visiting the parks since it is very close to Dead Horse, Canyonlands and Arches.

Friendly & welcoming staff. Location was great with many restaurant optolions close by. Room was very clean, bed was comfy. My only complaint is that the desk clerk could not see my room rate from Expedia on her database so she couldn't print me a receipt with the total cost.

Loved the remodeling, the staff, pool/spa, and location. Did not like being on the 1st floor street side. Would love to have rug so that I don’t hear the people walking above me. Best was staff and location.

We really appreciated the convenience of this well maintained hotel. We spent our days exploring the trails surrounding Moab and then return to our hotel, got refreshed, grabbed an espresso from the lobby, then walked to a restaurant or shop. Our room was comfortable, quiet and well supplied. The breakfast offerings are average, but the staff is warm and welcoming, making our morning experience memorable. We were there in cooler weather and didn't use the outside table seating, but it looked like a great place to relax in warmer weather. Bikes cannot be stored in your room, but the bike storage area is safe and easy to access. We really enjoyed visiting here in the off season - the room price was reasonable and there were no crowds or lines to wait in. Thank you, BW!
