Front desk included man wearing his biker leather vest stinking of smoke. Not professional but nice enough fellow. No hot tub. No elevator. Thin walls. Small room. Damage to shower walls. Very dated. Most the staff was kind. Breakfast was better than expected.
The cable didn't work, the staff tried to help but couln't fix it.
Liked the breakfast. The building was run down and no elevator. Rooms were fine.
Our room was excellent and it accurately met the description. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent. However, there were two abandoned cars on the property which detracted the overall impression. One morning of our four night stay, a homeless man (living out of his car) and his unleashed dog were on the grounds and his dog approached me and growled. Also, one afternoon, another homeless man, with incredibly bad body odor, was in the lobby eating a meal. Unfortunately, after he left, the odor lingered. While I am all for helping the homeless, I think having him eat a meal (provided by the hotel worker) in another area would have been better. All in all, I would return.
Perfect place to crash after 12 hours of driving. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
Nice and quite, clean room. Just like photos, looks older, but updated rooms.
Every time a neighbor turned on the shower it was so loud in our room it woke me up. You can also hear everything going on in the hallway. Aside from that, it was an inexpensive place to stay.
The staff was very nice. Even though the hotel was re-modeled it still is worn. Rooms clean and comfortable if I had anything negative to say the plumbing was extremely noisy. Breakfast was good.
Thanks Richard for a pleasant stay....newly remodeled nice and clean. Good breakfast spread.
Its in Moab and near to Arches National Park. So you get good food around and 30 mins drive to Arches. Hotel condition is ok ok little noisy. Staff was cooperative. Not worth what I paid for.
really could not be better at our discount price. nice very helpful staff.
Great experience, great breakfast options, staff left us alone for the most part, but the tub didn't fill and the toilet leaked after flushing.
Location is good , 5 mins drive from Arches main gate, but apart from that nothing much to talk about really. Breakfast is average, 1st night they dint had parking space available for me, I had to park in the driveway.
We were given a handicap room which made accommodations very accessible. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. The Hotel offered 24hour coffee and water. Nice after coming in from a hike in the Arches.
