Spacious home in historic Rose Park neighborhood. 5 minute drive to Downtown Missoula and Clark Fork River. House has large front and back fully fenced yards and beautiful front porch to sip coffee or cocktails. Backyard has chairs, firepit and mountain views.

Main floor has 2 primary bedrooms with king size beds and bathroom with walk in shower. Basement has finished bedroom with queen bed, spa tub and bonus room. Upstairs loft has full size bed and Mountain Views.

The space
Completely private home and yard.

Main floor consists of living room, television, dining space, full kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, walk in closet, and dresser. Bathroom with walk in shower. Guest quarter bath off living room.

Basement is partially finished. Finished side consists of bedroom with queen sized bed, closet, full size bathroom with spa tub and shower. There is also a fully finished bonus room with tv. The unfinished portion has laundry. You do need to walk through the laundry room to get to the finished space.

Off the kitchen is an upstairs loft with a full size bed, loveseat and views of the beautiful mountains.

Front yard is beautifully landscaped to allow for grass and wildflowers. The large covered porch is a great spot to sit and sip coffee or cocktails and people watch.

Backyard is fully fenced with gorgeous mountain views. It has a fire pit with chairs surrounding and tons of grass for children to run free or yard games. There is also a small deck off the back of the primary bedroom with sliding glass doors.

Plenty of parking on street in front of or next to house. Corner home.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.

Great place!

Perfect place to stay while we were in town for a hockey tournament. Close to rink, downtown, campus and other attractions. Nicely appointed and good living spaces. Brittany was excellent to communicate with for questions. Would certainly stay here again.
