Vrbo did not provide instructions on how to heat the pool and spa. We had to override the system. Once I figured this all out I still had to control with the app and then manually. The main reason I selected this property is because I wanted to use the pool and spa. It turned out that I had to constantly check if the pool or spa was heating. It was very frustrating. Also there were no garbage bags in the house. The garbage cans outside were overflowing. There were no instructions on how to light the fireplace or the fire pit outside. The property was nice but communication with Vrbo was terrible. It still is. I cannot see my reservation. It only appeared for one or two days. I would appreciate a credit to my account due to the frustration caused by Vrbo.
