Located in a nice area with stores and food location not too far. The staff was very friendly, rooms were roomy, and clean!

We bought groceries and brought last over food to put in the fridge. The fridge ended up not working. We didn’t figure this out until 7 hours later. All our cold groceries went bad! Went to ask for some sort of refund. Want expecting a full refund. And they refused because I purchased through Orbitz. They offered me free snacks 😂😂 I only accepted a free water. I asked about a credit towards my next stay and they said to email them to see if that was possible….

There was no hot water! There were sticky room keys on the table from the last people to stay in the room. The shower had a lot of hair in it. The room was definitely not cleaned.

We forgot our shirts and sweaters in drawers and when we called they said they didn’t found them. The question is did they not clean the room or they steal them? The manager didn’t even call us back. No one checked who cleaned the room and make her accountable for our belongings. we have to call them few times before they told us the room was empty. We have to buy underwear and sweaters for our thanksgiving gathering. Not nice at all 😡

Have some physical challenges. Even getting a room on the lowest floor involved a lot of walking. Doors are heavy to open.

Absolutely loved this place! It was luxury at a great price. Everyone was friendly and inviting. Free breakfast is a major plus. We also loved the pizza place down the street (Ball park pizza team) Overall i will definitely recommend to anyone coming into town for any occasion.

I drove an extra 20 min to stay at this location and it was horrible. The bed was saggy, lumpy, and springy. In addition, my girls slept on the pull out bed without a blanket. It was 45° and we were told they didn’t have any blankets for them and handed an extra sheet.

I can assure you that multiple team members, including our Housekeeping Supervisor, searched throughout the room and our Lost & Found and were not able to find the items you were looking for. Rest assured, we will reach out to you if anything is found, but I assure you that the room was cleaned and the items were nowhere to be found. I apologize again for your experience and wish you a better stay next time.
