The room is nice and clean. Staffs are helpful. Beside the hotel is the famous Chicken rice shop. Carpark just right in front of the hotel.

Almost perfect except for the noise

The rooms were great- beds were comfy and rooms were good size. Housekeeping staff provided a wonderful service. The reception service was excellent too. Located in an area surrounded by food and close to the city centre. The only issue we had really was that the rooms are not soundproofed (check out the other reviews on this). Every single vehicle that passes by woke us up - it was that noisy. We hope the hotel management will take proactive step to soundproof all their rooms as this is a really nice hotel and I'd still like to give it a try the next time I'm in Miri. If this issue is fixed, I'd definitely recommend to my friends.
