We love Sandestin - it is one of our favorite places to visit and have been several times. The area is amazing and there is so much to do for people of all ages.This house was great. The bedrooms are roomy and the kitchen and living room area is nice to hang out. We spent every night out on the back patio enjoying the warm weather.

Great place to stay. Kitchen had keurig, coffee pot, griddle, and pizza pan and cutter ( my 5 star necessities!). Outside ice maker was the bomb! So nice not having to get bags of ice for the beach. One of the golf carts was a bit tricky to drive but other than that this place is all you need.

Christmas Family time

We had a great time, & the house was very nice. Our main problem was one golf cart didn’t run after the first day. It was not replaced & caused a big inconvenience.

Birthday Getaway

We really enjoyed our first time visit/stay in Destin. It’s a beautiful home. We enjoyed going around in the neighborhood with the golf cart. We got to go to the market that they do on Saturday, pick up food items from Publics and go see a movie in the golf cart. We would definitely recommend this home 😊❤️

Amazing Family Experience!

We stayed here for our son’s UA Winter National tournament with both sets of grandparents and both our children. The home was beautiful, the on site support exceptional and the golf carts made it so easy to navigate the resort. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this location for your next family trip!

Beautiful home with great features

Loved this house. Beautifully decorated with lots of unique features and amenities. The kids loved feeding the fish and girls off the back patio. We loved the huge bathrooms and showers. Although, a bench in the downstairs master shower would be helpful, but not a deal breaker. The house had everything we needed to make a great meal at home one of the nights. Speaking of, if you're looking for something more than bar food quality, don't go to Baytown Wharf looking for it. A better option is Tommy Bahamas in the adjoining shopping center that you can get to buy golf cart. Can't say enough great things about the food we had there. The only inconvenience we had during the stay was the internet would go out for hours at a time, the entire time we were there. Not something the owners can control but just be aware. And may be it was just bad luck with our timing. Overall, 5 out of 5!

Great Adult Family Vacation

The property was visually pleasing and very well thought out interior layout . We were a family of 8 adults (4 couples). We all had lovely rooms even the couple in the room with the bunks beds loved it because one bunk was large full/queen size. The only change needed would be to add an indoor dining table with proper dinner chairs. The golf carts were fun to drive and convenient. The amount of toiletries provided were great. The kitchen was also well stocked with plates, pans, silverware, etc. I would suggest bringing your own omelette/egg pan. We had an amazing time at this property and the management team was very responsive and the property is well maintained. The upstairs foyer has a sleeper sofa which is a change from the pictures we saw on the website. This area was great for an makeshift office area.

Family vacation

Came with 6 adults, 2 teens and 3 littles. The house was perfect! Comfy beds. Upstairs master has perfect closet for pack n play. Had a chance to meet the owners who are wonderful! Loved our stay. Great access to beach, baytown, and grocery store. Lots of activities for all ages!
