The seating ensemble faces a modern credenza and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A shiplap wall and mounted nautical decor add to the room’s beach flair. Handsome dark-toned flooring flows into the dining area, which features a round table and four chairs beside a soothing beachscape painting. A sleek breakfast bar sits adjacent to the dining room and offers extra stool seating. The open kitchen is chic and modern, boasting white cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and coastal wall décor.

Guests will love the master bedroom, which boasts a large window facing the sugary beach. The master suite also has a king-size bed, rustic furnishings, and a huge wall-mounted TV. The luxury ensuite bath has a glass-walled walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The other bedroom is a guest room with two queen-size beds, beach-washed furniture, a sunny window, and TV.
