Escape to paradise in our Studio condo that overlooks the heart of the Baytowne Wharf. Observation Point South is perhaps the Resort's best kept secret! You will enjoy watching entertainment on the bandstand from your own balcony. The sparkling blue lagoon swimming pool and hot tub is a few steps away, or you can take the complimentary tram to the Resort's sugar white beach! There is also an outdoor fireplace near the swimming pool for late night relaxation.
The suite offers two queen beds, a mini-kitchen, and a full bathroom. The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Relax and enjoy yourself at our condo with convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location.
