Good Stay but noisy

Extremely noisy--right next to Rum Runners. Music and partyers didn't stop until 12am every night. Blowers started every morning around 7am. Didn't get much sleep. Poor water pressure in shower. Love staying in Baytowne and Sandestin but won't stay this close to the bars and restaurants again.

Canadians visit

Baytowne was lovely every where was very clean beaches are unbelievable felt comfotable every where had trouble catching bass in the ponds lol . our phones were on airplane mode so communications were a bit delayed

Clean & Nice,But SO LOUD.

Property was clean & close to everything, but the noise was off the charts. 7am-5pm- there was construction, sanding & painting of the building ALL week. Not to mention the leaf blowers that start earlier than this. 7pm-12am- the local bar was extremely loud, as they have a band play every night during this time frame. It is nice, but if you are looking for a quiet getaway, I would not recommend.

Second Times a Charm...

My husband and I were here last year. We wanted our kids to see/experience the property. We all enjoyed the our stay, yet it does become pricey in the restaurants and bars. I'm glad we knew to bring extra toiletries as well, as the resort doesn't leave much for guests. We even left 4 extra rolls for the next family. :) I think 1 day less would have been enough. We experienced the zip line, the Escape room and Aj"s boat tours down the road. Overall, the kids had a great time, and we were able to visit Nashville on the way home. Thank you!

Destin 2023

This location was perfect ! Very kid friendly! We did not have water the first day in the kitchen sink, the battery went out of the water counter I called and Maintenance came with in the hour. The 2nd day water was pouring out of the cabinet under the sink when we used the kitchen sink I called again and they came to check it out also about 30min we were pleased how fast they came to check out the issue. The pool was beautiful, loved the balcony we will be back to Baytowne warf

Vacation

The property was clean and neat. However, grounds crews woulf start working on the property at 8 am. We were trying to enjoy breakfast on the balcony but were subjected to constant gas powered leaf blowers ond other noisy power equipment each morning. Quite annoying. I am surprised they don't start that around 10 am when people are up and going off to start their day.

Wine Festival Staycation

First visit to the Sandestin Wine Festival and chose this property so that we would have a front row view the whole weekend. We have stayed in Sandestin for many years and highly recommend the Wharf area. Great location. We will be back.

Best location!

The location of this property was amazing. Right in the middle of everything at Baytowne Wharf. So many things to do for adults and kids. Amenities are great too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay for a Conference on site!

Property was as promised. Clean, spacious, and well furnished! I stayed during the winter and the price was very fair especially compared to the conference price for hotel accommodations! Will not hesitate to stay there again! If I was being picky, the bar in the Wharf was loud with the balcony door opened, but when closed and the tv on it wasn’t noticeable!

Noise

Maybe a stay for a few days would be nice but not the 2 weeks we stayed. Piped music from 10 till 10 . Then rum runners at 7 till midnight. Couldn't have dinner on deck for the 2 music's clashed and very loud. Bring ear plugs. Then leaf blowers start by 7 a.m. along with power washers. They redid the walkway road by the arcade so listed to that for 4 days.

It was beautiful and clean. The perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay. We got lost on the way and called an spoke to a very nice lady. Who helped guide us to the property. It was beautiful with a great balcony over looking the plaza. Definitely will recommend this condo if you want a home away from home .

Great condo

Great condo, very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Nice views of the wharf and bay from patio. Comfy furniture as well. Only suggestion I have is to maybe install some window coverings to help cut down the noise from outside of Rum Runners at night in the bedroom. We expected some noise but it was pretty loud even after the bars closed.
