This condo was great - super comfortable beds, short walk to the gorgeous beach, balcony is shady in the afternoon with a beautiful view of the water from the end adjacent to the master bedroom. Loved having our pup along for the trip too! My parents have stayed all over in the Destin area and gave this complex high marks!

Perfect place for R&R with perfect beauty on heavenly white sugar sand beach

A calm restful vacation in a perfect neat welcoming Condo. Kind organized owners. Incredible beach chairs with umbrellas on what has to be the most incredible beach in the world. So thankful that we were able to select this property and spend two weeks. Excellent!!

Major condo complex repair on going

This condo complex had workers updating and repairing all condos during the two months we were there. Large equipment, daily jackhammer work, drills, endless dust with the workers there 5-days a week with quiet time only on weekends. Should not have rented these condos during this time. We were very disappointed with the un-nerving major repair that was constantly on-going.

Wonderful stay at Maravilla

We loved our stay at this beautifully furnished 3br condo. Although the weather was a little chilly, we managed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Lots of nearby shopping and wonderful restaurants. Tons of entertainment options.The condo came with beach service …4 beach chairs and umbrellas, which was awesome!! Definitely will book again.

Perfection in Miramar

We had adults, teens and kiddos for a week long family trip here. This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in! Super easy access to beach WITH the chairs and umbrellas. Close to restaurants/grocery and the condo itself is spacious and has warm and has every dish or accessory you’d need. The pool and the pickleball courts were great!

Great beach location

We loved our stay at Maravilla. The condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Having 4 beach chairs and a 2 umbrella setup was the best! We enjoyed the walking path by the beach each morning. Our family liked having free access to the tennis courts. Pickleball paddles and balls were free to use along with corn hole and shuttle board. The heated pool was bath water warm and very large. The condo had everything we needed, was quiet, and clean. The gated community left us feeling very safe. We had access to numerous restaurants within a 5 mile radius and lots of shopping stores. The beach was powder soft, safe, and beautiful. What a great stay, thank you! We will be back!

Relaxing

Furniture was a little dated. Everything worked (Showers, Stove, Microwave, etc.) Nice view of Gulf. Owners were responsive. Cleaning team was excellent. Dog Friendly. Will try to stay at Maravilla1302 again in the near future. Grandchildren had a wonderful time.

Love Maravilla

Maravilla has always been a favorite destination since it is pet friendly. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The owners were easy to contact and prompt with reply texts. No surprises other than the weather which was quite cool on our stay.

GREAT place to stay and CLEAN!

This was a great place to stay for our family. The condo was clean. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that this condo didn’t have…games, plenty of kitchen cookware, beach toys. etc Very convenient for proximity to the beach and pool. Easy check-in/check-out process. The property hosts are very responsive and thorough - quickly communicated and accommodated a same day request to stay an extra night. Would definitely recommend for your next vacation get away!

Best location and property- Perfect Choice

This rental was perfect. I thought I would share the "why" since it took me months to book the perfect stay. The location is AMAZING.. there is a view of the beach from the patio. Beach access was "across the street". They approved my pets, which were the primary reason we booked this condo.(Maltese/mini Bernidoodle under 30 pounds/max 2 pets) Everything was perfect. The communication from the owners was the best I have ever experienced. The furniture was perfect, they had two masters w/ king sized beds for 4 adults.. not many condos offered two masters. My teenager had the full size bed and my 23 year old son used the pull out couch. Condo was furnished with everything you would need from home. The condo was clean, air conditioner worked great, elevators worked well and I did NOT hear other dogs at night, etc. so a very peaceful sleep. The pet area was well kept. A bonus was the "recliner" and a rocker chair along with the pull out coach.. Bottom line, I will rent here again. Thank you to the owners for a perfect vacation. The beach was "across the street" like all the other beach properties. The shortest walk you will find. Two entrances into Maravilla, so easy access to grocery stores (Publix) and beach life. I hope this review is helpful for all the others.

Nice and Comfortable

Nice three bedroom condo with partial ocean view and walking distance to the beach. The condo was well appointed with everything a family needs to cook, etc for a week. We really enjoyed our stay!
